San Diego Renovation Pros is owned and operated by two brothers, Robert and Philip Crocker. We are La Mesa area natives with a passion for excellence and a desire to create exceptional living spaces that allow our clients to live the essence of the San Diego lifestyle.

Robert Crocker

Robert started at a young age working at family construction sites. Taking an interest in residential construction, he progressed to learn the internal workings of other major trades. Soon, he was building his own homes. Since that time, he has managed the construction of large residential and condo projects, new multi-million dollar custom homes, and several high-end La Jolla remodels. Robert has performed masterfully as the On-Site Construction Manager for over 20 years at Crown Isle llc, Coronado's finest new home  builder. Robert is the master at managing the on-site construction details and successfully, putting the pieces of the construction puzzle together. Completion of these projects have elevated Robert’s skill level to that of an unparalleled builder and master craftsman.

Philip Crocker

Philip has spent most of his career in building renovations, real estate development, new construction management, land development, real property acquisitions, residential remodels, commmercial renovations sales and leasing. He has also designed new homes and built small residential communities. Philip earned his bachelors degree in engineering from the University of California at San Diego. He recently completed a certificate program in Project Management from San Diego City College where he earned the distinction as Team Leader for concept design, TI construction, and start up for a new boutique Ice Cream store. He has also recently completed the Real Estate investment, Finance and Development certificate program at the University of San Diego, Burnham Moores center for real estate.
