How We Build Your ADU
How The Process Works:
Step 1 Consultation:
Schedule a time for us to take a look at your property, talk about your ADU needs and determine which style ADU is the best fit for you and your property.
Step 2 Sign Agreement:
We meet with you again to finalize ADU placement, amenities, building costs, project economics and construction schedule. Project agreement signed.
Step 3: Meet With Lender:
You meet with your lender to finalize loan terms and conditions. Loan process initiated and funded.
Step 4 Build It Out:
Here is where we obtain permits and build your ADU.
Step 5 Move-In Day!
Congratulations, your new ADU is complete! Your extended family can now move in or you can welcome your new tenant and generate rental income.
